L’agriculture bio est respectueuse de la nature, de l’homme et de l’animal. Pas de pesticides chimiques ou d’engrais par exemple. Les agriculteurs cultivent \u00e9galement une plante diff\u00e9rente chaque ann\u00e9e sur les terres, pour que le sol reste vital et fertile.<\/p>\n

L’agriculture biodynamique est une forme d’agriculture bio, qui repose sur les principes anthroposophique du philosophe Rudolf Steiner avec un regard holistique sur la nature et la vie \u00e0 la ferme. La nature est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un ensemble indissociable.
